• All prices are displayed in US dollars ($), Canadian dollars (CAD), and/or euros (€) and include VAT, GST, or any other applicable taxes
• We accept the payment methods displayed during the checkout process
• We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time
• Payment must be made in full before order shipment

4. ORDERS

• An order confirmation will be sent by email after payment validation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or pricing error
• Any fraudulent order will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities

5. DELIVERY

• Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual delivery times
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
• Risks related to transport are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier
• The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomalies

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.

Exceptions: Personalized, unsealed, or damaged products cannot be returned.

To exercise this right:

• Contact our customer service
• Return the product(s) in their original packaging, in perfect condition
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.

7. WARRANTIES

• All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years)
• Audio headphones also benefit from the manufacturer's warranty according to the manufacturer's conditions
• Defects must be reported as soon as possible

8. LIABILITY

• We disclaim any liability in case of product misuse
• Our liability is limited to the amount of your order
• We are not responsible for indirect damages

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
