SHIPPING POLICY

At KLC Dreamstore, we are committed to delivering your audio headphones, accessories, clothing, and decorative items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
Additional regions may be added. Please contact us if your country is not listed.
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual delivery times. They do not include processing time.
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping:
- United States: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 3-8 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 USD (or equivalent in CAD/EUR).
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using the carrier's website
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers and products)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
- Certain remote or restricted areas
Product-specific restrictions:
- Some electronic items (audio headphones) may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
- Clothing and decorative items generally have no restrictions
8. PACKAGE INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Check for any visible damage to the exterior packaging
- If the package appears damaged, note this with the carrier before accepting delivery
- Open and inspect the contents immediately
- Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery
9. DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address
- Contact us within 3 days
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim
Delayed Deliveries:
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us
- We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates
Incorrect Address:
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped
- Verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order
10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to customer error, you will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of 15%
- Refunds will be issued once the package is returned to our warehouse
11. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
- Large orders may be split into multiple shipments
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments
12. EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- Expedited shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Expedited shipping times do not include weekends or holidays
13. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak holiday seasons:
- Processing times may be extended by 1-3 business days
- Delivery times may be longer due to carrier volume
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Specific holiday cutoff dates will be announced on our website
14. PACKAGING
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
- Fragile items (audio headphones, decorative items) receive extra protective packaging
- We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible
