RETURN POLICY

At KLC Dreamstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.


1. RETURN TIMEFRAME

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason, without having to provide justification.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:


Health and Safety Reasons:

  • Earbuds or in-ear headphones that have been unsealed or used
  • Any personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Condition Issues:

  • Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of use

Hygiene Products:

  • Any opened or used personal audio accessories (ear tips, cushions)

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  • We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Wait for our return authorization email with instructions
  • Do not send items back without authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be processed

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email
  • Keep your tracking number for your records
  • Returns are your responsibility until received at our warehouse

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Our Responsibility:

  • If we sent you a wrong or defective item, we will cover return shipping costs
  • Contact us for a prepaid return label in these cases

5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.


If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.


6. REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Amount:

  • You will receive a full refund of the item price
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery (at our discretion)
  • Items not in original condition or with missing tags/packaging
  • Items showing minor signs of use (assessed case-by-case)

A restocking fee of 15-25% may be applied to partial refunds.


8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received Damaged:
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos to: josephnguessie@gmail.com
  • We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement

Defective Items:
If your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Describe the defect and provide photos if possible
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Choose between a full refund or replacement

9. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at josephnguessie@gmail.com
  • Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  • We will arrange a free return and send the correct item
  • You will not be charged for return shipping

10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at josephnguessie@gmail.com

11. GIFT RETURNS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a store credit for the value of your return
  • If the gift giver wants a refund, they must initiate the return

If the item wasn't marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method

12. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Additional Considerations:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable international shipping method
  • Allow additional time for international returns to be processed (2-4 weeks)

13. RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee may be applied in the following situations:

  • Returns made after the 7-day return window
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Non-defective electronics that have been opened (audio headphones)

Restocking fees range from 15% to 25% of the item price.


14. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


15. FRAUDULENT RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse returns that we believe to be fraudulent, including:

  • Returning different items than purchased
  • Excessive returns from the same customer
  • Items clearly used extensively and returned
  • Items damaged by the customer

Accounts engaged in fraudulent returns may be banned from future purchases.
